We started from a single car in late 2025 we bought for $150 and a pokemon card. I remember being so grateful for it, even though it had no seats, no title, no A/C, no heat, no dash and no interior and all the windows were broken. But looking back, I wonder what another young individual in charlotte would've done if it wasn't me. they would have forked up $8,000 for a car that would have broken down on them anyways. That's why we started FTE cars. With the average price for a used car soaring to $26,000 in recent years, we started the hunt for fun project cars being sold for cheap way out in the country or being sold by elderly individuals. Then, we repair these cars and undercut the living daylights out of every bottom of the barrel big box company like CARMAX.

Are our cars perfect? no. but would you rather pay $10,000 for a car that CARMAX "professionally" serviced with a mere alignment and interior detail??

HELL NO. And most GenZ people don't even have credit. thats why we sell for cheap enough that the car can be bought flatout for a cash or zelle price, (flexible of course!)

but we always try to sell good running and driving cars for cheap, so that the generation all the millenials and boomers fucked over with cash for clunkers can get to A-B cheaply and hopefully comfortably.
